Fair Use Policy

1. The "No-Limit" Philosophy

We want you to grow. Whether you receive 100 or 100,000 submissions, we are built to scale with you. As long as your usage is human-driven, legitimate, and non-abusive, you will not be penalized for being successful.

2. What We Consider "Unfair Use"

While we don't count every submission, our system monitors for patterns that suggest abuse. We reserve the right to take action if we detect:

• Bot-Driven Attacks: Using scripts or automated tools to flood forms with dummy data.
• Infrastructure Strain: Usage that causes a disproportionate load on our servers compared to standard business or personal use.
• Malicious Intent: Using forms for phishing, hosting malware, or collecting prohibited sensitive data (e.g., credit card numbers outside of our payment integrations).
• API Abuse: Attempting to reverse-engineer or "scrape" our platform in a way that bypasses our security or operational integrity.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

Our system uses automated detection to flag irregular activity.

• Detection: If our system detects unfair use, we may immediately and automatically restrict access to the account or specific forms.
• Account Blocking: Mythics Design LLP reserves the right to block or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, if we determine the usage is unfair, harmful, or violates our Terms of Service.

4. Right to Appeal

If your account is blocked due to a sudden, legitimate spike in traffic (e.g., a viral marketing campaign), please contact us. We are happy to review your case and whitelist your account to ensure your business remains uninterrupted.
